🔄 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Unfortunately, used or worn cleaning pads cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
📦 How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@vixum.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and a return address.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
💵 Refund Process
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a defective product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the defect.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the product arrived defective or incorrect, VIXUM will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Used cleaning pads
- Items not in their original packaging
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
⚠️ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or PayPal account again.
- Contact your payment provider.
